This is closely related to our stage of development. Due to the nature of effect of human activities on the environment surrounding people cause environment degradation or ecological imbalance,and this change in turn adversely affect the production of human life phenomenon. In the transformation of human beings and the natural environment to create a social environment in the process,the natural environment is still the inherent laws of nature changing. Social environment on the one hand by the constrains of the natural

environment,but also with its inherent laws of motion. Human interaction with the environment constantly and function,resulting in environment problems.

2. Natural Resource Depletion: Natural resource is in its original state is a valuable cargo. It is a natural wealth of goods.Exist in nature, in the modern economic and technological conditions for the natural conditions of human energy use. Material resources can generate energy, also known as energy.
